Company-sponsored Candidates

FLTC is an approved course provider under the SDF Training Assistance Scheme. If your company has signed up for SDF EasyNet, your centre can enroll you for training under this scheme.

Alternatively, we can help your centre to enrol you in our training programmes under the Skill Redevekopment Programme (SRP) or the SDF EasyNet scheme.

Skill Development Programme (SRP)
The Skill Redevelopment Programme (SRP) is a funding programme that provides incentive to you for sending your employees for training and retraining. Under this programme, employers get subsidies for course fees and absentee payrolls when your employees upgrade their skills.

The Skills Development Fund (SDF)

The Skills Development Fund (SDF) was established in October 1979 with the institution of the Skills Development Levy (SDL) Act with the primary objective of encouraging employers to invest in skills upgrading of the workforce.

The SDF does this by offering assistance as an incentive to companies to mount training programmes for employees.

Incentives are offered on the basis of a cost-sharing principle and the training must be relevant to the economic development of Singapore. The amount of incentives that a company can obtain is not tied to the levy contribution.

More information can be found on the SDF EasyNet and the SRP website.
